This policy describes how Smail Abssi collect, process, use and share information about you.
This Privacy Policy applies to all of Smail Abssi's games, whether on your computer, mobile device, website, console, PC or platform including Facebook (each a "Game" and collectively the "Games") ). 1. Personal information we collect

Basic Identifiers and Contact Information
We collect some information from you when you provide it to us directly, such as via an email or online form, through the support feature embedded in our Services, or through another form of inquiry. If you apply for a job on our website, information you submit may also include a cover letter and any details included in your resume or curriculum vitae (CV).
Device Information

Location
When you download and use our Services, we automatically detect your general location, namely country and state through your IP address. We may collect, with your consent if applicable, other location information through your IP address, such as the city you are in.
Media and other files
We may ask for access to your camera in case you want to use certain features of our Services. In case you contact us through our in-app support feature and you need to upload any media or files as attachments, we shall ask for access to such files.
Information we obtain from third parties
We may receive information about you from our third party service providers, who collect this information through our Services in accordance with their own privacy policies. A list of the third parties that operate in our Services can be found in the APPENDIX B below.
Information we obtain when you connect with third parties
In cases we provide the option, and you decide, to connect our Services to your account with third parties like Apple, Facebook or Google, we may receive certain publicly available information about you, as well as any information that you allow or your settings enable to be accessed, including your Apple ID, Facebook user ID, Android Gamer Name, name and email subject to your permission. Information we obtain from Facebook
If you use our Services on Facebook or connect our Services to a Facebook account, we may receive any of the information you provide or permit to be provided to us via Facebook. Such information may include your user ID and your use of our game, including with whom you share our game on Facebook and your email address in case you opt to provide the same or wish to contact us for support. The information we receive depends on the Services you are using, Facebook's terms of service and privacy policy, your privacy settings, and, if applicable, your friends’ privacy settings. User generated content we obtain from you
We may collect content from posts or uploads on social networks or platforms or direct contact, subject to your consent if applicable. Such content may include, your name, social media username, image, likeness, voice, other identifiable information available in such user generated content.
Cookies and similar data collection technologies
We and our third party advertising networks and their partners may use cookies and similar technologies, such as mobile “SDK”, to provide and personalize our Services and to provide targeted advertisements. Some of these technologies can synchronize behavior across different mobile apps, devices and websites so that advertisements can be tailored to your interests. This process is called personalized advertising. In addition, we and certain advertising networks may access your inventory of installed apps to avoid advertising already installed apps. 2. We can use your data in one of the following circumstances
The existence of a contract between you and us to provide you with Services.
Our's legitimate interest (or reasonable expectations of users), to offer you the best possible user experience, such as to ensure the security of the Services, moderate the community, respond to your requests and questions or to send you newsletters.

Ubisoft is entitled to change this policy at any time. We will inform you of the material updates and recommend that you consult this policy on a regular basis or contact us if you have any questions. Using our Services following such a change means that you accept any changes.
3. When we share information
We may share the information we collect about you (subject to necessary security, contractual and transmission safeguards). Below are some of the partners with whom we may share your personal data:
(a) user screening for internal functions of the application;
(b) third-party platform operators, such as Apple, Google Play, and other partner products that conduct various activities and services to support our products (collectively, "Platform Operators");
(c) advertising partners who serve advertisements in our products.
(d) marketing partners for marketing or promotions based on your communication preferences;
(e) in the event of a business reorganization, sale, purchase or joint venture affecting our business, the new owner or reorganizing entity and its advisers; and
(f) law enforcement agencies/authorities, when we are obliged to or authorized by law for law enforcement purposes.
Your personal data may be transferred to other countries where SEGA or its service providers maintain operations. These countries may not have equivalent data protection laws to the country from which you access our products, but we will ensure that we rely on appropriate safeguards.
4. Children
We are committed to respecting children’s privacy. Our Games are intended for general audiences and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. We will not collect personal information from anyone we have actual knowledge is under the age of 13 or under the minimum age in the relevant territory.
If you as a parent or guardian grant consent for child to use our Games or other Services, the information collected will be accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you believe that we might have any personal information from or about your child, please Contact Us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
5. Data retention
Unless the law specifies a different retention period, Ubisoft will only keep your Data for the time strictly necessary to carry out the operations for which said Data has been collected by Ubisoft.
For example, we will keep the Data associated with your Account until the closure of the Account. In some cases, the Data may be kept for a longer period such as when it is needed for us to apply a sanction.
6. Security
We takes appropriate and reasonable security and technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and misuse. Personal information collected by us is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public (i.e. locked rooms). However, no system is 100% secure (i.e. no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free). In particular, email or messaging sent to or from Customer Support may not be secure. Therefore you should take care in deciding what information you send to us. By using our services, you assume the risk.
